- Geodesy's software is site licensed to simplify pricing and encourage use across the enterprise. Since our application development and enhancment is typically paid for by our consortium of clients, we don't charge license fees.
- While we don't charge license fees, we do charge for our time to assist in the initial implementation our software. Implementation includes data, metadata, and software setup, as well as basic administrator training. These fees are lowest at sites that have a GIS administrator skilled at Windows and database administration, a well-configured network, and clean and consistent data.
- Annual maintenance is recommended but not required. By participating, a site receives telephone and e-mail support from Geodesy and software updates. The site also contributes to the on-going growth and refinement of the applications.
- Our pricing does not include ESRI license and annual maintenance costs.
